Job Description:
As part of the Accounts team, you will manage various financial tasks, including accounting, invoicing, budgeting, and financial reporting. Your role is crucial in supporting the finance department to maintain the company’s financial health, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and upholding internal controls.
Requirements Condition of Employment:
- Must be able to work in Japan
- Bilingual (Japanese-English) is preferable
Role & Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in preparing budgets and conducting financial forecasting.
- Reconcile account information and resolve discrepancies through analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial regulations and industry standards.
Role:
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is required to handle financial data with accuracy and precision.
- Accounting Knowledge: Proficiency in accounting principles and practices, ensuring efficient handling of financial records and reports.
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
