  • 8:00 - 17:00 (1-hour break)
  • Overtime hours will vary depending on the position and will be discussed during interview.

Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with various stakeholders and Prime Contractors. To ensure the successful delivery of projects by understanding business requirements and translating them into actionable insights. Your role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business processes and project needs, helping bridge the gap between the business and technical teams. You will assist in ensuring projects meet their objectives within budget, on time, and in scope.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Document business requirements through stakeholder and prime contractor interviews and analysis.
  • Develop business cases and project charters in collaboration with project teams.
  • Analyze and model business processes and systems for efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure timely and clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure successful project execution.

  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, ensuring a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
  • Language Ability: Proficiency in both Japanese and English is preferable, as it facilitates seamless communication in a bilingual work environment.

Experienced Preferred:
  • OSHA 30 Cert (preferred) -Must have or be able to drive to working sites (preferable to have Japanese driving license)
  • Any relevant project management-related experience.
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
