Job Description:
You will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure. Tasks include site inspections, project management, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work with precision and accuracy.
Requirements Condition of Employment:
- Must be able to work in Japan
- Bilingual (Japanese-English) is preferable
Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review project invoices, payments, and financial transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Compile and maintain project financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to track budget adherence and expenses.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost forecasting for civil engineering projects.
- Reconcile project accounts and resolve discrepancies through detailed analysis and coordination with project teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial regulations, industry standards, and relevant codes in the execution of civil engineering projects.
Role:
- Project Planning: Assist in developing detailed engineering plans, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and project milestones are met on time.
- Communication Skills: Maintain clear and consistent communication with project teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Risk Management: Work with senior engineers and project managers to identify potential engineering risks and develop mitigation strategies..
- Educational Background: A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PE, PMP) are preferred.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and senior management, to ensure project success.

Experience Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred)
