Job Description:
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from conception to completion. Duties include coordinating and supervising construction workers, selecting tools and materials, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Leadership and project management skills are crucial for this role.
Requirements Condition of Employment:

Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage project invoicing, payments, and financial transactions, ensuring they are processed accurately and on time.
- Prepare and review financial reports for construction projects on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring adherence to budget and financial goals.
- Assist in the development of project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasting for construction activities.
- Reconcile financial records related to construction projects, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues through thorough analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial regulations, industry standards, and construction-specific financial practices, ensuring the successful financial management of construction projects.
Role:
- Project Planning: Lead the development of detailed construction schedules, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and that project deadlines are consistently met.
- Communication Skills: Maintain clear and proactive communication with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of construction projects.
- Risk Management: Work closely with senior management to identify potential risks on-site and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safety and project success.
- Educational Background: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CCM, PMP) are preferred.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of contractors, engineers, architects, and senior management to drive project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Experience Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- PMP or similar certification (preferred)
- Proven experience as a construction manager
