Working hours/days of the week:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 - 17:00 (1-hour break)
  • Overtime hours will vary depending on the position and will be discussed during the interview.
Holiday:
  • Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays.

Job Description:

As part of the Logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and materials, coordinating shipments, and maintaining inventory. Your role will support the logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods while adhering to company policies and industry standards.

Requirements Condition of Employment:
  • Must be able to work in Japan
  • Bilingual (Japanese-English) is preferable
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare shipping documents and labels for outgoing shipments.
  • Assist with receiving and storing incoming goods and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any logistical issues.
Role:

  • Communication Skills: Familiarity with logistics practices and inventory management is a plus.
