Job Description:
You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment. Tasks include conducting routine inspections, diagnosing mechanical issues, and performing preventative maintenance. Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot are critical.
Requirements Condition of Employment:
- Must be able to work in Japan
- Bilingual (Japanese-English) is preferable
Role & Responsibilities:
- Process and track maintenance-related invoices, payments, and financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and maintain regular maintenance cost reports, tracking expenditures related to repairs, parts, and services.
- Assist in developing and monitoring maintenance budgets, helping forecast future needs for equipment and facility upkeep.
- Reconcile maintenance accounts and resolve discrepancies by analyzing financial records and work orders.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and industry standards for maintenance operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective facility management.
Role:
- Project Planning: Develop and execute detailed maintenance schedules to ensure all equipment and systems operate efficiently and reliably, minimizing downtime.
- Technical Skills: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural systems, ensuring the safety and functionality of equipment and facilities
- Risk Management: Work closely with supervisors and teams to identify potential issues and implement timely solutions to maintain optimal performance.
- Educational Background: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CCM, PMP) are preferred.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of contractors, engineers, architects, and senior management to drive project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Experience Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- PMP or similar certification (preferred)
- Proven experience as a construction manager
