Job Description:
You will be involved in the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components. Responsibilities include product design, analysis, and troubleshooting of mechanical issues. Attention to detail and the ability to innovate are critical for success in this role.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Review and manage mechanical project invoicing, payments, and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports related to mechanical engineering projects, tracking costs associated with materials, labor, and equipment.
- Assist in the development and management of mechanical project budgets and cost forecasting, ensuring alignment with project goals and financial constraints.
- Reconcile mechanical project accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues through detailed analysis and coordination with relevant teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial regulations, industry standards, and mechanical engineering best practices in managing project budgets and expenses.
Role:
- Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and adhere to detailed preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the continuous operation of equipment and systems, minimizing unplanned downtime.
- Technical Skills: Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural systems to maintain equipment reliability and facility functionality.
- Problem Solving: Work closely with supervisors and team members to identify and address equipment issues promptly, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
- Educational Background:* A background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology, or related fields; professional certifications (e.g., HVAC, EPA, or OSHA) are a plus.
- Team Collaboration: Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including maintenance personnel, engineers, and management, to achieve repair and maintenance goals while upholding safety standards.

Experience Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
