Working hours/days of the week:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 - 17:00 (1-hour break)
  • Overtime hours will vary depending on the position and will be discussed during the interview.
Holiday:
  • Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays.

Job Description:

Applicant must Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget, lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility and ensure resource availability and allocation. PMP Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project, coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects. Manage relationships between clients and Sub-contractors, measure project performance using appropriate project management tools. Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks, report and escalate to upper management as and when needed, and create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation. Applicant must Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other parties included in the construction project, obtain actionable permits from the appropriate authorities, and determine all the resources needed (equipment, manpower, materials) with attention to budget constraints Hire and allocate responsibilities to contractors, laborers, and other staff, supervise the work of all the laborers and provide them with guidance, evaluate the construction project progress and prepare reports.

Requirements Condition of Employment:
  • Must be able to work in Japan

  • Bilingual (Japanese-English) is preferable

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage project invoicing, payments, and financial transactions, ensuring all are processed accurately and within established timelines.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure the project stays within budget.
  • Assist in the creation and management of project budgets, including cost forecasting and resource allocation for efficient project execution.
  • Reconcile financial accounts, resolve discrepancies, and conduct analysis to ensure all project expenses are accounted for.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, industry standards, and project-specific financial practices, maintaining financial integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience Preferred:
  • Qualification Specialized Experience
  • OSHA 30 Cert (preferred)
  • Training (PMP, PM, basic Management)
  • Must have or be able to obtain Driver’s license.
  • Any relevant project management-related experience.
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
