Working hours/days of the week:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 - 17:00 (1-hour break)
  • Overtime hours will vary depending on the position and will be discussed during the interview.
Holiday:
  • Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays.

Job Description:

You will oversee the quality assurance and control processes in the production environment. Responsibilities include inspecting products, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements Condition of Employment:
  • Must be able to work in Japan
  • Bilingual (Japanese-English) is preferable
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Review and track quality control-related invoices, payments, and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on quality control costs, including expenses related to inspections, tests, and corrective actions.
  • Assist in the development and management of quality control budgets, helping forecast costs for testing, compliance, and materials.
  • Reconcile quality control accounts and resolve discrepancies through analysis of testing results, supplier invoices, and project records.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality control standards, industry regulations, and financial best practices in maintaining the quality of deliverables.

Experience Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Control or related field
  • Certification in Quality Control (CQC) preferred
  • Proficiency with quality control software and tools
