Working hours/days of the week:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 - 17:00 (1-hour break)
  • Overtime hours will vary depending on the position and will be discussed during the interview.
Holiday:
  • Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays.

Job Description:

As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will manage site personnel, coordinate tasks, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements Condition of Employment:
  • Must be able to work in Japan
  • Bilingual (Japanese-English) is preferable
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Supervise construction site operations to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
  • Coordinate and manage site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure all work is performed according to safety regulations and construction standards.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to senior management.
  • Handle on-site issues or delays and resolve them effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform quality control checks and address any quality issues promptly.
Role:
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate efforts across multiple tasks and workers.
  • Construction Knowledge: A deep understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and project management.
  • Educational Background: A degree or certification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve issues quickly and ensure minimal disruption to project timelines.
