  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 - 17:00 (break 12:00 - 13:00, 8 hours of actual work)
  • Overtime hours will vary depending on the position and will be discussed during interview.

  • 2 day Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays off

Job description:

You will be in charge of interpreting and translation work at our Okinawa head office.

Our work includes interpreting during meetings with other companies and translating documents, estimates, etc. submitted to the government.

Interpretation work requires the ability to quickly process information heard and accurately convey intent, emotion, and tone.

It is desirable to have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with high accuracy.

Human resources prefeered

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Valid certificate of interpreter training certification (preferred)
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Be proficient with computers
  • Be familiar with the use of office equipment
  • Have good listening, memory, and dictation skills
