CAMP HANSEN JP8 FUEL FACILITY STAINLESS STEEL UPGRADE
Our Fuels division began a complete renovation of the JP8 Bulk.
\n \nFuel facility at MCB Camp Hansen Okinawa.
Both offload and refueling sections under our DLA/ HNC Navy 6 RMMR contract. We will be completely changing the aged and corroded carbon steel piping and valves with stainless steel. Allowing for a more reliable and long term system in Okinawa’s harsh corrosive environment.
To support activities on Okinawa, the new system will be manufactured at our welding facilities off base to lessen the impact on daily operations at the facility.
